 The
DLC Wizard® is a free HR software program that provides an unparalleled interactive learning experience. It automatically downloads
Internet and PC-based resources unique to each online course. This
simplifies your learning, putting all the tools you need to complete each
course at your
fingertips.
The DLC Wizard is also fast! It frees users from browser
and system problems by loading all course materials automatically. Whether you use the DLC Wizard or not, all
ERI Distance Learning Center (DLC) courses provide
ongoing, interactive feedback regarding learning progress. Evidence of
satisfactory completion is built into each course page and activity.
You may download the DLC Wizard from inside any course that requires its use by clicking the Instructions link in the left-side course navigation.
If your company has firewalls or you have a slow dial-up
Internet connection,
and we'll mail you a free DVD version
of the DLC Wizard software.
If you choose not to use the
DLC Wizard, you will be prompted
to download any needed software as you progress through the course.
When the DLC Wizard is active, your course will open
inside a virtual picture frame. The bottom edge of the frame has 7
buttons:

the compensation HR

You'll use this program to learn analysis techniques and to answer exam

development, this button will open
ERI's Benefits Assessor® software
program. It will contain a sample organization's Human Resource Information System (HRIS) data (or you can
input your own organization's data). This will provide "real life" application of course

text for many Distance Learning Center online
courses. Use this free
