Determining how much one should pay an employee in terms of incentives, or variable pay, has far-reaching financial impact. Incentive strategy (balancing incentives with base salary) is the heart of total compensation strategy and management. Many organizations have adopted gainsharing and incentive plans with the goal of increasing profits. This course will teach you how to plan and administer incentive pay plans effectively.
