ERI's Executive Compensation Assessor® survey software reports competitive base salaries, bonuses, incentives, and total compensation for more than 500 management positions. Executive pay calculations are adjustable by geographic area, industry, size in revenue, and salary planning date.

Here's how: Input the position in question (for example, Chief Financial Officer). Then input the organization's location in the United States, Canada, or Europe. Next select the organization's industry, annual revenue, salary planning date, at pay strategy (percentage below or above market levels). This executive compensation software then calculates labor market compensation levels for the executive on composite results of thousands of executive compensation surveys and proxy reports.

Executive Compensation Policy

The Executive Compensation Assessor database is the only compensation survey source of its kind that analyzes executive compensation pay data compiled from all publicly available executive compensation surveys. This executive pay information is supplemented with direct analyses of U.S. SEC proxy data, Form 990's, and U.K. 10-K reports. Use this reliable executive compensation pay data to assess your organization's compensation competitiveness and its future executive compensation policy.

Executive Compensation Data Reliability

The Executive Compensation Assessor survey software is now the default data source used in Federal Tax Court, as it has met all Daubert criteria.

What sets ERI's Executive Compensation Assessor software apart from all other executive compensation surveys is our sample size. ERI collects executive compensation data from all available salary survey sources, both public and private. ERI lets you view the source data via this software's Proxy Analyses screen, which graphs executive pay data from comparable companies. Click on a dot on this graph to view the proxy source for this executive pay data. Then click on the Comparable Companies menu to view summary executive compensation proxy data for up to 5 organizations of your choosing. In addition, this Proxy Analyses screen provides maximum reasonable compensation data utilized by the IRS. 

This executive compensation data can be included in a print report, ranked, sorted, saved loaded, and written to files. Use this software to provide documentation for your organization's executive compensation packages and pay policy.
