more than 500 management positions. Executive pay calculations are adjustable by geographic area, industry,
size in revenue, and salary planning date.
Here's how: Input the position in question (for example, Chief Financial Officer). Then input the organization's location in the United States, Canada, or Europe. Next select the organization's industry, annual revenue, salary planning date, at pay strategy (percentage below or above market levels). This executive compensation software then calculates labor market compensation levels for the executive on composite results of thousands of executive compensation surveys and proxy reports.

reasonable compensation data utilized by the IRS.
