ERI's Refund and
Cancellation Policies for the Distance Learning Center
All online courses and webinars offered by ERI Economic Research Institute are fully guaranteed. Dissatisfied customers can receive a full refund of their course exam or webinar fee. ERI must receive notification within 30 days of order placement.
If an online course for which an exam has been purchased is discontinued and removed from the website before a customer has a chance to complete it, the cutomer will be offered a full refund or a free course of equal value. If a customer purchases a course exam and decides not to complete the course, no refund will be given.
If a webinar is cancelled a full refund will be offered to customers or they may elect to apply the registration fee to the same webinar scheduled at a later date. If a customer is unable to attend a webinar that he/she registered for, the cutomer will be given the opportunity to apply the registration fee to the same program offered at a later date, or the customer may elect to receive a recording of the webinar. A refund will only be given if a customer cannot attend after registering for a webinar, when notification is given seven days prior to the start of the webinar.
Refund requests are greatly facilitated if accompanied by a copy of a course exam or webinar emailed invoice. Refunded fees will cause all records to be purged from ERI files; no
credits will be awarded.

Emails are preferred (since these are online courses), but should you wish to send a written request, the address is: ERI DLC Refunds, 8575 164th Ave NE, Suite 100, Redmond, WA 98052. Credit card refunds will be processed within two business days of receipt of a refund request. If this requirement is not met, please contact us so we can follow up with the credit card company.
To receive continuing education credit for ERI Distance Learning Center
online courses, a participant must successfully complete an online course final exam within 1 year of initial access to the online course. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that courses are completed in a timely manner. No refunds will be offered for course exams that have expired.
